Alumni Achievement Award Winners |
|
|
As part of SKK GSB's 20th-anniversary celebration, SKK GSB presented the 'Alumni Achievement Award' to three outstanding alumni recognized for their distinguished contributions in their fields.
Based on alumni recommendations, the award winners were Byunghyun Ahn, CEO of Kyobo Book Centre, Jee Woo Lim, CEO of POSCO HY Clean Metal, and Mi-Sun Yang, General Manager of Ipsen Korea.
- Byunghyun Ahn (FMBA 2009) was recognized for his leadership in digitalizing Kyobo Book Centre, transitioning it from offline channels to a strong digital infrastructure and boosting its online business presence.
- Jee Woo Lim (FMBA 2015), with over two decades of expertise at POSCO, was acknowledged for his technical proficiency, leadership, and professionalism, which earned him the position of CEO at POSCO HY Clean Metal this year.
- Mi-Sun Yang (EMBA 2021), whith nearly 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including MSD Korea, AstraZeneca Korea and Gilead Sciences Korea, was acknowledged for her expertise and was appointed General Manager of Ipsen Korea in September.

Students from SKK GSB’s FMBA, PMBA, EMBA, and BA MBA programs celebrated the end of 2024 with meaningful year-end gatherings. The events brought together cohorts, faculty, and peers to reflect on their achievements, share untold stories, and strengthen bonds within the SKK GSB community. SKK GSB Introduces One-Year Full-Time MBA Program |

SKK GSB now offers a one-year Full-Time MBA, minimizing career breaks and providing flexible options for global MBA education. Starting with the Class of 2025, students can choose between a one-year or one-and-a-half-year track, with dual degree opportunities at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
